We SAVE you money by our listing process of listing your home in the MLS and marketing your home with Quality Media and Photography for a low flat fee of 1% ( plus selling agent commission) the initial marketing period ( 30 days). We eliminate the risk of paying huge sums of money to a broker for an easy sale! If your home does not sell during the initial marketing period the listing side commission is increased slightly to cover marketing costs. This is based on a 90 day listing term.
